The Service Account Manager Associate acts as a customer advocate to resolve escalated and complex issues.
Positions in this function are responsible for first – level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership. *Employees in jobs labeled with “SCA” must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

We offer 4 to 6 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 4:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 2515 WARREN AVE, CHEYENNE, 82001.
