The role of Vice President Home Delivery New Business and PBM Optimization is a new role being created to work across OptumRx to drive a meaningful strategic path forward in partnership with our PBM to enhance the home delivery value to the organization specifically through new business pathways and a transformed operating model with OptumRx PBM.

Primary Responsibilities:

• This role will work across key partners such as the PBM Growth and Sales organization, Industry Relations and Marketing to identify new areas of value and establish go to market strategies with the PBM for new deals, renewals etc. Additional evolution of pharmacy services in support of Home Delivery Growth will be a critical piece to business planning
• Additionally, this role will be responsible for client experience, reporting, and ongoing feedback discussions to identify new product/feature opportunities to meet client and member needs to lower total costs of care and drive increased medication adherence. Evolution of mail programs for clients to drive highest value and up-front plan design consultation will be the responsibility of this leader  
• Intersections between PBM and HDP will need to be evaluated to best serve our members. This includes areas such as reviewing current constructs of financial models, member clinical experience, operational and technology models, and other various areas where a review and strategy for decision making and operating model will be critical for success of the OptumRx and overall enterprise value
• This individual will be responsible for aligning all stakeholders towards a new operating model and changes needed to be made. This person will need to transform the way we currently do business and have executive level sponsorship and support as they will be expected to drive business results that will improve home delivery value in the market as well as influence the enterprise to build partnerships that create pathways for home delivery and OptumRx.
