Universal Atlantic Systems Hiring for Operations Manager Job at Paoli, PA Full Time

Function of Position: This position is responsible for the direct supervision and daily oversight of the Operations department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to supervise, train, mentor, and coach employees as well as interview and screen potential applicants

· Responsible to be the Management Team representative for the department

· Identify and delegate daily workload to employees based on level of expertise

· Review and audit tasks as it relates to specific employee performance metrics

· Responsible to handle escalated issues

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints

· Responsible to monitor internal systems to ensure tasks are efficiently managed and documented in a timely fashion for future access

· Ability to work as a liaison with other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

· Responsible to conduct departmental meetings

· Prepare and present at company meetings on behalf of the department

· Ability to provide departmental support as it relates to the employee’s functions

· All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of supervisory experience in a fast paced department, or equivalent experience. Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and proficient in Micro-Soft applications.
