We are a local, privately owned, and operated construction company that specializes in directional drilling, property restoration, and aerial placement. We have been in business since 1998 and have installed over two thousand job sites each year since. We currently run multiple directional drilling, installation/maintenance, and restoration crews across the state. Each team is equipped with state of the art, well maintained vehicles, and machinery. Duties:

• Subject matter expert of and for all technical aspects of outside plant facilities work such as but not limited to cable sizing, cable counts, cable records, permitting for right of ways and easements
• Communicate with all peers and departments to insure proper project planning
• Attend internal pre-construction meetings for project designs if needed
• Apply for permits as required (State, DNR, City, County, Townships)
• Maintain and investigate right of ways and easements for releases

. Requirements:

• Knowledge of the telecommunications outside plant(OSP)
• Knowledge of engineering tools that include, FROGS/Spatial Engineer (AutoCAD based GIS), Adobe, Microsoft Suite, other vendor software
• Knowledge and experience in right of way, private easement and permitting with local, state, and federal entities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss projects fluently with team members, cities, state and government municipalities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects throughout the project cycle.
