Summary of Job Duties:
The Director of Study
Abroad and International Exchange reports to the Associate Dean for International Education within the Graduate School and International
Education. The Director of Study Abroad and International Exchange supports the academic, research, and outreach missions and strategic
initiatives of the University to increase student participation in study abroad opportunities. This position facilitates campus-wide
collaboration with faculty, administrators, academic units, and administrative offices to respond to global initiatives; build, maintain,
and evaluate programming; and deliver best practices in global education. This position leads fiscal and risk management for students,
staff, and faculty international travel with the goal of sustaining and growing quality international experiences .
Regular,
reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working
relationships with others.
