Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Campus Compensation Manager, perform classification reviews and analyses of a wide variety of staff positions. Consult with departmental managers on classification and compensation reviews and issues. This position solely supports the Division of Student Affairs. This position also has an indirect reporting relationship to the HR Director to Student Affairs.
