DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the clinic manager, the Hospital Assistant III/ Clinical Support Associate is responsible for customer service, registration, appointment scheduling and insurance verification. Typical duties include answering multi-line incoming customer calls, completing online registration, scheduling appointments and securing authorization for scheduled services. Independently coordinates and ensure referrals for high risk and diabetic OB patients and obtains prior authorizations. Coordinates all CPSP visits and billing. Ensures compliance with CPSP. CPSP certified. Operate CRT to gain and input information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of relevant office/clinic experience to include one (1) year of experience with insurance authorizations and referrals.
Knowledge of third-party payors including federal, state and private health plans.

Annual Full Pay Range: $51,532 – $64,039 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $24.68 – $30.67
