U.S. Bank is seeking the position of HR System Administrator in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Essential Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or a related field plus 2 years of technical experience with HR tools. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or a related field plus 5 years of technical experience with HR tools in lieu of a Master’s degree plus 2 years.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 2 years of experience with Master’s or 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s with: Windows infrastructure; HR functions and business rules including payroll, compensation, recruiting, staffing, and benefits; HR strategic platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, Cornerstone, or Varicent); cloud environments; configuration and design of complex workflows; and writing and analyzing reports.
Telecommuting available anywhere in US. HQ at 800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $118,851.00 – $146,100.00.
