OVERVIEW
The Refugee Medical Screening (RMS) Program Officer (RMS PO) position supports the operations of the Refugee Health Services (RHS) Division and the administration of the Medical Replacement Designee for the state of Texas. The RMS PO is responsible for overseeing administration of the RMS program in compliance with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regulations and guidelines and supports the overall operations of the RHS team. The program serves refugee, asylee, Cuban/Haitian Entrant, Special Immigrant Visa holder, and Victim of Trafficking populations. This position is based in Austin, Texas. The position will report to the Texas Refugee Health Coordinator.
