US Ghost Adventures Hiring for Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

Zaal Ventures operates two businesses in the travel and software industry : US Ghost Adventures and Junket. It provides tour experiences, hospitality, and ecommerce operations.

We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and oversee the company’s overall advertising campaigns, public relations, and sales strategy.

This is a remote W-2 role and not a contract position. You must reside within the United States and be fluent in the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Write, create and oversee digital marketing campaigns through social media marketing tools to develop, and maintain the company’s digital brand.
• Develop social media and web content optimized for SEO
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
• Write regular company newsletters and use proven email marketing strategies to increase sales and brand recognition.
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct market research of social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
• Manage multiple brands and multiple social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; a Master’s degree is a plus

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong proficiency in managing Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc. (comprehensive user work with social media platforms).
• Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
• Ability to work in a remote office position required.
• Excellent communicator and agile thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Research and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous competing priorities
• Proficiency with office platforms such as Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dropbox is required.
• Professional and dependable with a positive outlook required
