DESCRIPTION:
U.S. Paverscape, Inc., a custom concrete product manufacturer, is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Yard Operations Coordinator at our Maitland, FL Showroom. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must be self-motivated and have a good eye for detail. Excellent at prioritizing assignments and highly organized. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to professionalism are a must. This is full time position, working 35-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to be determined across Monday-Saturday.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist with yard organization and maintenance.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring incoming and outgoing material.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of material in yard.
- Load & unload material onto/off trucks
- Assist with equipment needs and tracking of repair schedule.
- Communicate directly with Haines City plant manager and Stuart Plant dispatch to coordinate efficient pickup and deliveries of material.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organized and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new skills.
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
- Forklift experience
