We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager II for our department! This is a remote position working full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM CST. You will work within defined guidelines and frameworks, advising on personal lines insurance products and providing appropriate coverage to members and nonmembers. You will underwrite applications for USAA and multiple additional admitted and non-admitted carriers. Employees will adapt to each carriersxe2x80x99 unique underwriting, platform, and other critical guidelines, to ensure appropriate pricing for members and nonmembers with risk and exposure beyond USAA’s appetite.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $47,820.00 – $75,240.00. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
