Lead the development and execution of best practice talent acquisition and retention strategies across the company to reduce employee attrition. Maintain knowledge and understanding of internal and external talent trends and needs. Recommend and implement initiatives to meet future workforce requirements in alignment with UScellular’s business strategy and objectives.
