*What Will I Do?*
* Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
* Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
* Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
* Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
* Complete all assigned work (service, tune-ups, inspections) in a complete, safe, and professional manner.
* Determine customers needed, and offer a solution. Complete their repair needs.
* Complete closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon completion of job.
* Maintain communication with internal teams.
* Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
*Do I have What it Takes?*
* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
* Ability to diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment
* Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to drive a company van to various job sites
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
* Have Kentucky technician HVAC license.
* Pass EPA 608 Certification Type 1 & 2. (preferred)
* Nate Certifications: Core and 2 specialties. (preferred)
* Have basic industry tools
