Job Summary The Senior Human Resources Generalist works under general supervision to perform a variety of duties for one or more divisions in the Human Resources department.
Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) years of professional experience in one or more areas of human resources. OR
High School diploma or GED and eight (8) years of progressively responsible HR experience.
Will consider relevant education and experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree, prior experience working in Employee Relations, Payroll, or Leave and Benefits Administration; HR-related certifications (PHR, SHRM, etc.)
