ABOUT THE POSITION
The Utah Warriors are looking for a motivated and energetic supervisor to join the Team Store & Street Teams. This supervisor will help raise the creative bar of the events we attend as well as lead and inspire the teams they are supervising, while remaining rooted to the core values that drive us as an organization. They will be responsible for the execution of our variety of events as well as ensuring the Team Store and Merchandising are appropriately facilitated.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage/direct Event Staff hours and event schedules
- Manage the event setup and logistics on the day and in advance in coordination with the Street Team & Merchandise Manager
- Ensure events run smoothly and are engaging
- Ensure event set up and operations are run professionally
- Help with client experience/answering questions if necessary
- Add to the client experience by making the event tent a fun and exciting place
- Setup, take down and storage of event gear
- Attend/manage event booth at a variety of events throughout Utah
- Transport gear to and from events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Must be able to work standing and walking around for up to 12 hours
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
- High energy and the desire to make events fun and exciting; a people person
- Well organized
- Ability to drive large vehicles
