Utilities One Hiring for Fleet Manager at Voorhees, NJ Full Time

We’re hiring an experienced, local Fleet Manager for our office in Voorhees Township, NJ 08043.

Utilities One is a full-service company offering infrastructure solutions for the Telecommunications providers, Electric Utilities, Wireless Carriers, Engineering, and Technology Deployment industries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of full vehicle life cycle management;
• Perform acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, replacement and disposal of Fleet vehicles;
• Serve as the primary contact concerning fleet operations;
• Track all the cars (through GPS) and manage the vehicle inventory;
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement for the Fleet program;
• Collaborate with the Fleet Management Partners on daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks;
• Provide insights to the company management to drive program improvements including improved end-user experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience;
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions;
• Ability to draw an analytic on a spreadsheet on car time usage, and car consumption from raw data;
• Incredible time management skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Ability to travel to different job sites if required.
