Works collaboratively with SOM Faculty Affairs Office to assists with coordination of new employee orientation program initiatives and growth. Works collaboratively with MC Security to submit timely requests for computer ID and UVa 9 digit number assignments for new credentialed providers to ensure health care providers have the required access to perform patient care and teaching functions. Ensures timely submission of Computer Access Request form to HITS for all new hires ensuring credentialed providers have all system access to perform patient care and academic functions within the Medical Center and surrounding satellite areas. Works collaboratively with Clinical Departments, SOM, and UPG to assign prerequisite CBLS for Epic and UPG to all credentialed providers. Assigns all initial training and annual retraining CBLs for employees and clinical staff reappointments under the management of clinical and basic science departments. Utilizes Cactus software to track initial FPPE completion for all credentialed providers and brings deficiencies to the Director of Clinical Staff Office for appropriate action. Coordinates clinical staff privilege renewals with departments acting as liaison with the CSO and ensuring appropriate reports run and metrics are reported. Coordinates Health Screening scheduling for all initial hires applying for privileges. Works collaboratively with Clinical Departments, Epic Trainers and UPG Compliance to schedule required Epic Training and UPG. Tracking of UPG Compliance Training for all credentialed providers.

Position Compensation Range: $20.28 – $31.43 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Experience: Four years minimum relevant experience.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
