Vaco is assisting a midsize company in North Columbus find a Human Resources Manager.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Human Resource Manager will be charged with serving as a strategic partner for the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing Human Resources leadership, guidance and counsel to management and employees on company guidelines, employee relations issues, compliance issues, performance management, and training and development needs. The HR Manager will seek out opportunities to increase employee engagement and satisfaction and will collaborate with other HR partners in leading or managing multiple project initiatives aligned with our business strategies, objectives and growth initiatives.
