As aSENIOR HR GENERALIST,you will support and partner with the local leadership team in our Pittsburgh location by executing HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture.

WHAT YOULL DO HERE:
Support locations staffing needs by determining organizational needs, recruiting and interviewing applicants, and taking applicants through the entire hiring process.
Administer and coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to the organization.
Provide directional support to associates and leaders on day-to-day HR related questions and issues. Assist in the interpretation and consistent application of HR polices and benefit programs.
Advise Supervisors/Managers and monitor performance management, leave management, compensation and benefits issues consulting with HR Director and corporate resources.
Proactively address and monitor employee relation issues through coaching, progressive discipline and properly prepared corrective actions as advised by HR Director.
Ensures accurate processing of payroll and other information in HRIS.
Properly manage and maintain employment records and the processing of employee information.
Deliver Supervisor and Manager training for client groups and other programs to all associates.
Administer workers compensation and provide guidance in the safety program.
Partner with the HR team on special projects.
