The Department of Communication Arts seeks applicants for a non-tenure track faculty position for the 2024 Spring semester beginning
January 2, 2024, and ending May 6, 2024. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in the candidate’s area of
expertise in the Dance program.

RESPONSIBILITES
Position will be responsible for teaching
undergraduate courses Dance History, Introduction to Dance, and in at least one dance movement area (such as ballet, jazz, modern, tap,
world dance forms, and/or social dance). Additional responsibilities include creating concert dance choreography and mentoring students in
the collaborative rehearsal process. In addition to teaching, position will be expected to make substantive contributions to the Program and
Department including student mentoring and departmental service.
