Due to recent retirement we are currently seeking a transmission technician with GM experience.
Automotive Transmission Technician Qualifications:
- The qualified applicant must have a minimum of 1-2 years GM automotive transmission technician repair experience.
- dedicated, loyal and self-motivated ability to quickly adapt to changing environments, flexible work schedule as some weekend work will be needed, friendly, upbeat and positive attitude
Essential Job Functions of an Automotive Transmission Technician:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Perform vehicle repairs within your current capability/skill level.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Communicates with service advisor if additional work is needed.
- Road tests vehicles when required.
- Performs additional related duties as required and assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
