Director, Health Care Analytics
Position Summary:
The Analytics Group partners with internal and external clients and data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought, effective decision making and improve operational processes. The Director provides a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions to the organization.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor or Advanced degree in a clinical discipline(e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing). Advanced degree (Master ‘s/PhD) in Epidemiology, Statistics or other quantitative discipline. A minimum of 8 years professional hands-on experience with statistical modeling, data mining, analytics 3+ years ‘ experience with analytics in data warehouse environment A minimum of 5 years proven managerial or supervisory experience. Proven experience managing and delivering a wide variety of analytic solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently. Proven experience influencing a business or marketing strategy through the application and/or management of advanced statistical techniques and data driven solutions. Strong understanding of internal consumer behavior and marketing analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources). Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables. Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative. Strong technical skills. Demonstrated superior leadership to the broader business and internal team. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Travel 5-10% Experience with advanced data visualization tools.
