How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support multiple recruiters with job postings and scheduling complex interviews
• Complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and an award-winning candidate experience
• Maintain internal video storytelling technology (iCIMS Video Studio)
• Prepare and distribute metrics reporting
• Help to develop informative and persuasive presentations
• Facilitate new hire orientation, providing an excellent and engaging Day 1 employee experience.
• Ad hoc projects as needed
What You’ll Need
• High School Diploma; college education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of human resources or talent acquisition experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
