- Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 1 energetic and self-motivated individual to lead our Ford sales team in Hughes Springs. Experience required. Approximately 150 + Service RO’s monthly. Current sales of 20-30 vehicles per month.
What you will do:
- Responsible for day to day operations
- Hire, coach and motivate
- Build proposal of purchase options and complete paperwork
- Maintain and grow relationships with our lenders
- Represent Vanguard and Ford to the community
