Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
• Execute the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
• Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
• Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization’s sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
• Manage import & export of products and follow up and coordinate for customs clearance and logistics process.
• Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
• Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules; letters of credit; licenses; declarations;
• ICP (Internal Export Control Compliance Program) verification.
• Investigate, plan and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and its suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Familiar with international trade regulation and taxations
• Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Have semiconductor industry working experience is plus.
• Familiar with ERP, Oracle is plus.
