QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
Three (3) years working experience in IT
To include experience with imaging systems, programming and/or records management.
Additional Preferred Education & Experience:
Experience with the Hyland Software OnBase suite of ECM technologies strongly preferred
Experience with API programming
Experience with Fujitsu scanners and scanning software (IP Paperstream)
Experience with SharePoint a plus
Programming in C#, VBScript, T-SQL
Familiarity with MS SQL Server
Familiarity with Team Foundation Version Control
Familiarity with Windows server OS
Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of computers and multiple software applications (MS Excel, Word, Access)
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems using manuals, white papers, technical support, and other resources which may be available

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:
1. Performs the full array of duties associated with the systems functions for our ECM systems and all related components, including input technologies (scanning, electronic ingestion methods, etc.).
2. Performs regular daily and monthly processes and checks on all related systems and operations, ensuring the proper performance of all ECM system components. Works with 3rd party technology partners as software/hardware issues arise. Makes recommendations to upgrade as needed. Plans, monitors and ensures proper backups for all imaging systems. Ensures that all data replication services/utilities are functioning properly on all imaging systems. Plans and performs comprehensive DR testing on all components of designated ECM systems, in cooperation with our VM infrastructure team
3. Provides programming and programming modifications as required to support the usability of the ECM systems, including to set up new document types, provide for electronic ingestion of content, reporting, and any other programming requirements based on functional needs. Coordinate efforts as needed with our data warehouse programming staff and/or our Database Manager.
4. Provides programming and programming modifications as required to implement and maintain various workflows as may be determined to be appropriate and or desirable, based on functional needs and process improvement techniques.
5. Provides programming and configuration to develop and maintain integration between our OnBase ECM system and various line of business applications using either APIs or the Hyland Software Application Enabler product.
6. Applies upgrades and patches as needed to maintain software reliability and integrity. This includes not only various imaging applications, but also to server operating software Supports end users with software applications related to the use of our ECM systems.
7. Continually engages in education on systems through reading of manuals, white papers, and technical reference guides, attending webinars, conferences and formal classes as appropriate.
8. Prepares and maintains appropriate documentation, and stores all source code, work files, procedural documentation, etc., in a company approved location.
9. Provides thorough and detailed analysis and comprehensive written/verbal reports to management as required. Notifies management of issues, problems and concerns as soon as practical. Identifies alternative solutions to problems, along with proper analysis of each (pros and cons) along with specific recommendations for preferred approach.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary range is $71,805.29-$92,244.45. Job Grade, EX-14. Final salary is dependent on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
