Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the process management and implementation activities associated with medical and telecom/internet products and services. This person will be a representative of the company throughout the implementation phase maintaining exceptional customer service and communication to both internal and external Stakeholders. The role will be responsible for multiple ongoing projects simultaneously as well as other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibility:
· Conduct, schedule, and manage project discovery meetings, IKO, EKO, and TTU’s, as well as tracking all milestones for your project timelines.
· Create project management plans and timelines based on known constraints, review the project charter and workflows for accuracy, and break down task assignments adhering to the timelines.
· Coordinate installation and implementation between customers, carriers, carrier techs, vendors and department personnel
· Ensure timely delivery of services utilizing Company tracking systems and providing customer documentation
· Track project tasks and monitor updates to manage internal and external escalations to resolve issues and mitigate risks associated with each type of risk
· Collaborate with field technicians and network personnel and carrier provisioning groups regarding facility continuity and acceptance testing
· Schedule customer move, add or change orders
· Schedule, prepare weekly meeting agendas, and order status updates to maintain a regular communication cadence with the customer throughout the implementation process.
· Ensure order information documented completely and concisely within organizational systems at the close out of each order
· Perform regular customer information maintenance
· Follow-up on all communications and tasks in a timely manner, updating internal and customer facing documentation, Document and provide lessons learned and provide process improvement in sight to improve effectiveness and efficiency
· Plan and manage time for fully focused work to properly manage project workloads
· Assist with any and all other associated duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
· Ability to relate and communicate with people using good verbal and written communication skills, proper use of the English language.
· Customer oriented; good customer service skills.
· Highly organized. Ability to set boundaries to complete focused project work documentation.
· Willingness to learn applications, products, and services.
· Apt to multitask and prioritize to meet deadline.
· Team oriented; must be able to work closely with others. But also, the ability to function autonomously.
· Advanced knowledge of the PC and its associated applications.
· Flexible, adapt well to changing conditions
· The courage to voice concerns, willingness to fix processes, and ability to ask intelligent questions.
· Military experience a plus. Telecommunications experience a plus. Project coordination or management a plus.
