Venture Solar Hiring for Regional Operations Manager at Worcester, MA Full Time

Venture Solar is hiring for a Regional Operations Manager for our Hudson location. Solar Experience Required!

Compensation:

$75k-$85k(Based on Experience) Plus BONUS!

Responsibilities:

• MUST have solar or electrical experience!
• Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in the operations, installation, and maintenance of solar systems
• Evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of the highest quality solar installations
• Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience
• Understand and manage operation performance
• Fluctuate resources in line with capacity and performance targets
• Analyze performance data and ensure optimal performance
• Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Productivity throughout operations
• Will actively be support the following teams: site assessment, permitting, project management, installations, warehousing, and service
• Work closely with V.P of Operations to provide accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting
• Manage the on-site facilities as necessary
• Assist in managing and controlling inventory and consumable use and spend
• Primary field team representative & liaison to other administrative functions.
• Having a physical presence on each active site as frequently as possible when the schedule allows.
• Complete site inspections to ensure safety, teamwork, ownership of work, customer experience, knowledge growth, efficiency, and attention to detail are all being focused on by the team.

Requirements:

• 3 years professional management experience in residential solar and battery installation

• Must have experience managing teams installing at least 40 residential solar and battery projects per month

• 3 years Operations experience, an active Electrical License is a plus

• First-hand experience installing residential solar systems as a lead or crew member

• Experience installing batteries (Tesla / Enphase) is highly preferred but not required

• Working knowledge of OSHA. OSHA 10 is highly preferred
