We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform social media planning.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for social media campaigns.
Identify and target relevant social media platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, features, and best practices.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Develop a content calendar and schedule posts for optimal reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements.
Write compelling and concise copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Monitor user-generated content and engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
Social Media Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics.
Use analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing social media strategies and improving results.
Community Engagement, Events Organization and Influencer Collaboration:
Engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach and engagement.
Foster relationships with influencers, manage collaborations, and track results.
Ability to help organize and attend community events
Outgoing and warming personality to be able to interact with clients and the community at a wide variety of events
