The position will require the candidate to be onsite most days overseeing the accounting function and assist the business owner in managing the day-to-day operations. Familiarity and computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is required. The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be able to interact with company clients and other stakeholders inside and outside the organization, while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to look analytically at the tasks assigned and offer suggestions for improvement where necessary.
Responsibilities will include account reconciliations, data entry, report generation, and maintenance of internal controls and data integrity routines. The accountant must maintain a working knowledge of each client’s asset mix and specific reporting needs.
