Overview of Job Function:
The HRIS Sr. Reporting Analyst is responsible for extracting and analyzing complex data from the Oracle HCM environments. In this position, you will identify and report on trends and patterns found within the data and make recommendations for business and process improvement. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations for permanent and ad hoc reporting requests to meet the analytical data needs. This position also serves as an SME in modeling the reporting solutions, reporting writing, and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. The reporting analyst will be working with the HR, HRIS, and IT teams to build the reporting models and roll out the framework. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, and a natural problem solver who is driven to advance their skills by exploring application functionality and knowledge of SQL skills.
