Duties/Responsibilities
- Dispatching local routes and deliveries using ERP and routing software.
- Maintaining and improving delivery schedules.
- Track/trace/updating status of deliveries as needed.
- Collaborate and coordinate deliveries with internal customer service, sales reps, and sales managers.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel, as necessary.
- Problem solve and provide potential resolutions.
- Stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as dispatcher
- General computer knowledge (windows office, word, excel, outlook & misc. iPhone apps).
- General understanding of DOT Regulations
- SAP software preferred but not required
