Job Discription
The position is responsible for developing program curriculum, supervising staff, providing oversight of service delivery and billing, ensuring compliance with various local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, conducting and attending meetings related to the program, organization, or individual consumer needs, assisting in the development and implementation of new programs and services that address the needs of our consumers, monitoring financial receipts and expenditures, and cultivating an environment where staff members respect and adhere to company standards of integrity, ethics, and cultural awareness.
COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate: In accordance with the CMS Vaccine Mandate, Vesta employees, contractors, and interns are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for most of our employees, with the exception of those who primarily telework, work remotely, or have no direct contact with others while working. This requirement is subject to exceptions that may be required by law. If selected, you will be required to submit proof of vaccination before your onboarding if you are hired after December 4, 2021. Your recruiter will provide a list of documents acceptable as proof of vaccination and instructions for how to submit a request for a legally required exception, if needed, to comply with vaccination requirement.
Requirements:
* CPRP certification a requirement.
* Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and organizational skills, and interpersonal and time management skills.
* Experience with managing staff to include supervision, interviewing, training, and coaching.
* Knowledge of computer technology, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics software in order to prepare publications, reports, and business correspondence. Ability to represent the organization and act as a liaison with patients, community organizations, hospitals, academic administration, and government agencies.
* Accountable for ensuring state regulatory (COMAR) compliance, CARF compliance, policy implementation and compliance in client records, personnel records and staff credentialing, privileging and training, monitoring and coordination of staff training and personnel documents.
Minimum Experience: 2 year successful management experience (including formal supervision of staff and fiscal and growth responsibilities), 5 years’ experience working with persons with mental illness
Base salary starts at $48,000 for Bachelors level, and can increase based upon additional supervisory experience or higher education. Excellent benefit options to include bonus plans, retirement matching, health and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement and much more.
