VG Systems, LLC is seeking to connect with a Human Resources professional who possesses a broad background of experiences. In this role, as the lead HR person for an expanding government contracting company, you will be required to utilize your skills in sourcing and recruiting, benefits program assessment and selection, evaluation and tracking of employee training and development and other HR initiatives. Overseeing employee morale activities and serving in an employee relations role will also be part of this critical opportunity.

This is a full-time position that is eligible for a generous benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) employer contributions, paid time off and other competitive benefits. We are providing attractive compensation for an individual who has the ability to support our Human Resources function and assist senior management with other special projects.

Experience in a government contracting environment working remotely is necessary. Prior use of TriNet, BambooHR or other HR/PEO/Recruiting systems is required.
