- Follow all logistics movements related to assigned trades (SO & PO combinations) – meticulous
- Being aware of best freight rates available and making sure these are applied – commercial
- Applying pressure to all parties involved if and when this is necessary – energetic
- Covering for absent colleagues – flexible / teamplayer
- Creating accurate documents for customs, carriers and transport companies alike – detailed
- Filing and saving documents accurately while under considerable time pressure – stress resiliant
- Creating reports in order to give management the tools to formulate forecasts – data management
- Liaising closely with the Procurement Team and pre-empting their logistic needs – pre-emptive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
