ROLE SUMMARY
The Total Rewards & HRIS Data Support Specialist provides administrative and data support to Human Resources (HR) functions, including HRIS and Total Rewards. Serves as initial point of contact for Total Rewards and HRIS questions or concerns. Maintains a working knowledge of Total Rewards and HRIS systems, tools and processes and keeps apprised of changes. Pulls ad-hoc and regularly scheduled reports as required by business needs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associates Degree in related field required. Extensive experience may be accepted in lieu of some education.
Experience: Two years of administrative experience required. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required. Previous Total Rewards and/or HRIS experience or equivalent education preferred. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
Level of Business Knowledge/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Intermediate to advanced clerical and computer skills required. Knowledge of HRIS Systems and Total Rewards preferred.
