We are seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant for our clients. This is a part-time 1099 contractor role. Applicants must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to clients remotely as a Virtual Personal Assistant
-Book hotel and flights and submit for reimbursement
– Messages, email responses, lead generation, client outreach
– Receiving mails and shipping mails
– Day-to-day admin tasks such as running errands, setting up accounts, payments
– Manage emails and draft responses as needed
– Schedule meetings as well as personal appointments
– Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
– Transcribe audio recordings or meetings as required
-Maintain confidentiality and use tact and diplomacy
Requirements:
-Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
– Strong communication skills, via email & texting
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Must be able to work remotely
