RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, is a passionate, positive, and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyone. The below duties are the primary areas this role will be responsible for but not limited to. Additional tasks and assignments may be added based on skills, growth, and changes in the company.
- Executive-level administrative support
- Actively monitor and manage the VP’s email, responding to messages accordingly
- Work with the VP to draft messages for client communications.
- Researching and following up on incoming requests.
- Prepare for meetings and research background material.
- Participate in meetings and take notes
- Assist with follow up outlining meeting recap and action items
- Entering and managing data within our CRM system and other internal tools.
- CRM and other sales report generation, updates.
- Nurture traditional and digital leads down the funnel.
- Prepare sales presentations by creating PPT decks and one-sheets.
- Prepare Statement of Work (SOW) documents for clients.
SKILLS:
- Copywriting skills: drafting email and sales communications, solid grammar, and impeccable spelling are a must
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, and online applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize between multiple stakeholders and maintain assignment deadlines
- Good understanding of social media and marketing principles
- Prior sales experience is not required but can be helpful
- Resourceful and able to work independently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A degree in English or Communications is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Energizing and uplifting personality; proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
- Able to respond in a timely manner, organize tasks, and adjust to changing priorities.
