We are currently looking for an Office Administrator. This position will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department.

Responsibilities

• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Receives and triages phone calls efficiently and effectively
• Provides administrative and operational support to the department
• Coordinates the building and facility management to maintain a safe and efficient office environment
• Acts as a primary liaison to IT department for all computer related matters
• Processes Home Care Home Base client related tasks and enters coordination notes
• Covers nursing team PSCs and assumes scheduler role for teams as needed
• Coordinates and prepares supply pick up for field staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; College degree preferred
• 2 + years of administrative support experience
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use, fax machine, copier, printer, folding machine
