Seeking a well-rounded HR professional to make a positive organizational impact with a successful manufacturing company that is part of a global organization. This person will be a culture champion who engages in broad HR activities including, but not limited to, employee relations, safety, training, recruiting, retention, compliance, and benefits administration, for approximately 150 non-union employees.
This is an onsite position with a strong floor/employee-facing presence and interaction with all functional areas within the organization including, Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Corporate.
