Corporate Finance and Benefits Specialist
This person will play a key role in designing, managing, and communicating the benefit programs in a rapidly growing company. As part of the corporate team, you will also touch on a variety of subjects related to HR, benefits, finance, and overall business department (e.g. open enrollment, plan implementations and/or design changes, premium/invoice reconciliation and financial reports). You must be passionate about building things, solving complex problems, and work across departments and markets. You will serve as the main contact for escalated issues within the benefit department and work alongside the finance team on other initiatives, providing guidance to peers in other markets/offices and managing updates related to benefit legislative changes and company finances.
