We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our HR Administrator position at our corporate office in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
Supports complete employee cycle from onboarding to the termination process.
Benefits Administration
COBRA
Leave of Absence and FMLA requests
Assist with audits.
Recruiting.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Monitor and ensure the confidentiality and proper maintenance of human resources information and reports.
Complete other various office related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources.
Strong PC skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel and willing to complete an Excel Assessment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness and ability to work with all levels of management.
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes base salary, benefits packet (health, dental, vision, life and disability products), and a 401k program with company match.
