As a Digital Retail Marketing and Direct Sales Leads Project Manager you will:

• Oversee and manage the leads management process with the lead management vendor
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement via mining and analysis of leads management data.
• Report progress and provide recommendations to executive team.
• Propose, develop, and implement initiatives to improve lead conversion, the Brand Concierge experience, and other digital retailing programs.
• Guide online portal and dashboard enhancements to provide relevant information to field team.
• Train field and retailer staff on process and functionality improvements.
• Serve as key point of contact for field and retailer personnel inquiries regarding lead tracking, status, and reporting.
• Collaborate with advertising, Website, CRM, and experiential teams to ensure a premium digital retailing experience in alignment with Brand values.

A Digital Retail Marketing and Direct Sales Leads Project Manager must meet the following requirements:

• Direct leads experience – this role is managing the leads with a third party vendor and troubleshooting issues
• Understands the concept of the digital customer journey, particularly in the context of online retailing
• Project management experience
• Experience working with data
• Ability to pick up new softwares / platforms quickly
• Automotive manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required

Pay is based on experience between $30-45/hr. Position is temp for 1 year, possibly longer. It also offers a foot in the door of a great organization that has a history of hiring on our top talent so there is room to move into new roles. Please note this role requires someone in the Orange County or Los Angeles, CA area.
