Volvo GTO, Powertrain Production Hagerstown now has a vacant position in the maintenance management team: We are looking for a highly engaged colleague that wants to join us and the Volvo Group to help achieve our vision of becoming the most desired, innovative and successful transport solution provider in the world.

As the Manager for a Maintenance function, you will hold an important role in the Hagerstown Plant Organization. You will report directly to a second line managerial level referred to as a Maintenance Area Manager. You will support the short and mid-term success of the function and the plant. The Maintenance organization has approximately 100 employees today.

The ideal candidate for this position has an Associates Degree in a relevant field and five (5) years’ supervision experience in a manufacturing environment OR seven years minimum combined education and supervision experience within a manufacturing environment.
