THE ROLE
Responsible for staff needs of the company including:
sourcing
recruiting
hiring
retaining talented candidates
Provide input and carry out the Talent Acquisition Strategy for present and future company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
Provide feedback in the designing and implementing of the overall recruiting strategy.
Consult with leadership to understand priorities and needs for each department, work with the Managers to establish long-range acquisition strategies.
Write and update job descriptions or any other sourcing content.
Conduct new hire orientation and other onboarding tasks.
Evaluate and screen resumes, applications, cover letters, job questionnaires.
Source candidates through databases and work with the marketing team for social postings.
Conduct phone, virtual, and/or in-person interviews, documenting all conversations.
Contact new employees, prepare offer letters, and prepare pre-hire paperwork.
Maintain confidential/sensitive information and personally identifiable information.
Effectively move candidates throughout the applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline and perform updates as needed to ATS job-related content.
Stay up to date with current recruiting methods with a focus on creating a diverse and equitable workplace.
Be a motivated and collaborative collaborator with a strong drive to create a positive working environment through effective hiring.
Assists with various HR-assigned responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to demonstrate your ability in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2+PLUS years’ experience in a recruiting role.
Recruiting MUST be your PASSION! (You must clearly demonstrate this)
Exceptional verbal, digital, and written communication of the English language.
Demonstrate your knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and applicable HR Software.
Must be FLEXIBLE.
You will need the ability to THRIVE in a rapidly changing atmosphere and have the ability to multi-task at the same time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s Degree (not required but a plus!)
