OPEN POSITION
Wapiti is currently seeking an Account Manager/Scheduler in our Milbank, SD office. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday with rotating night and weekend call duties. Wapiti offers some strategic flexibility with shift times and a hybrid work-from-home option.

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule provider shifts to ensure staff coverage at our partner facilities
• Process provider timesheets for compensation
• Use Wapiti software to coordinate, record, and plan your work
• Develop relationships with providers and primary contacts at your partner facilities
• Be part of an internal team for your geographic coverage area; brainstorm ways to grow profitability within your group’s assigned book of business

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Office experience, customer service, and computer skills preferred
• Ability to carry a conversation and influence others to ensure we are successful in serving communities
• Background in healthcare is preferred, but not required
