Position Summary:
At our core, Warn’s HR team provides exceptional customer service and functional support to all of our team members. We do what we need to do to meet the demands of the company while still supporting our internal customers. This position is located in South Carolina, to support our FabFours team on-site.
Our Generalist assists in all avenues of Human Resources, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, safety, benefits, training and development, employment law, and payroll. The right person for this role will work with the team to analyze programs and provide recommendations for improvements/changes to compliance, administration, and employee communication. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, and will be working under limited supervision therefore a great degree of creativity and latitude is required.
