We are looking for an HR Analyst II who will be responsible for running full cycle recruitments and will be a supportive partner for our hiring teams across the County. This work combines your emotional intelligence skills with your experience in recruitment, and your ability to inspire a shared vision through training, communication, and collaboration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration, or related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education AND two (2) years of professional Human Resources experience related to the position. OR
An Associate degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration, or related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education AND four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience related to the position. OR
A High school diploma/GED AND six (6) years of professional level human resources experience related to the position.
The following skills/experience are preferred, but not required:
Multi-lingual skills are preferred.
Experience in NEOGOV or similar Applicant Tracking System.

Selection Process
1. An evaluation of training and experience of submitted application packets will be performed by Human Resources. The timeframe to review will be the week of February 7, 2022.
2. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) Panel will perform an evaluation of experience and training taken from your employment application materials to include responses to the supplemental questionnaire. This process will begin the week of February 14, 2022.
3. Our goal is to schedule oral panel interviews with candidates that successfully pass the SME evaluation step as soon as possible.
