3 PM-11:30 PM Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Receives raw material, finishes goods material, and returns goods material into the warehouse by adhering to receiving processes; signing for delivery, recording OS&D, sorting and staging product, matching product to packing list, visual inspection, and completing proper put-away
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory, documents materials, and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units
• Handles outbound orders by adhering to order processing procedures; locating items in the warehouse, pulling, inspecting, packing, labeling, and palletizing to make sure they are suitable for transport; preparing carrier paperwork and staging shipments, tendering shipments to designated carriers; documents product shipment by recording units shipped
• Processes receiving and outbound tasks in WMS or in coordination with dispatch/customer service team
• Maintains material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs in compliance with the maintenance process
• Contributes to cycle count process and physical inventories as required
• Complies with all safety and security measures, including knowledge of TSA, OSHA & HAZMAT rules
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Able to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, internal and external customers
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to consistently meet the Company’s expectations of attendance, punctuality
• Familiar with using basic warehouse management system tasks
• Familiar with Microsoft office; excel and word
• Requires at least 1 year of experience working in warehouse operations
• Working knowledge of computer workstations, related hardware, and software related to warehouse management
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse planning, documentation requirements, and accepted warehouse methods, procedures, and techniques
• Communicate effectively with fellow supervisors and other employees
• Apply knowledge of supplier and customer procedures to improve warehouse operations
• Incorporate, demonstrate and meet set company core competencies and values required of warehouse operations employees and clerical employees.
